BEGINNER OPEN FLOW
This is a slower paced vinyasa flow class, focused on; mindfulness and stretching, standing postures, introductions to arm balances and preparation for inversions. Working on the essential principles of proper alignment for a safe and smart yoga practice. Modifications and supported poses offered. (Level 1/2)
Hatha yoga is the most widely practiced form of yoga in America. It is the branch of yoga which concentrates on physicalhealth and mental well-being. Hatha yoga uses bodily postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation (dyana) with the goal of bringing about a sound, healthy body and a clear, peaceful mind. There are nearly 200 hatha yoga postures which help to stretch and align the body, promoting balance and flexibility. (Level 1) Great for Beginners.
PIYOGA - POWER INTERVAL YOGA
Is a blend of Pilates and Yoga with the dynamic repetition of FIIT FLOW, but without impact. Each class has a focus on body sculpting zones.
Bring along water and prepare to feel muscle definition and strength with the OPEN FLOW gentle stretch, to keep the body lean and ready for your next endeavour. Trainers are sometimes required,This is strong FITNESS style of class. ALL LEVELS welcome.
This Vinyasa Flow Yoga class is designed to build heat and strength in ultra slow flow or up tempto transitions to challenge in all aspects of your practice. Tap into the hidden energy inside yourself in this empowering, dynamic and rewarding class, where more advanced postures, twists, inversions and free flow options will keep your practice diverse and inspiring. – Level 1/2 class (not suitable for complete beginners)
In these sessions, we take out the time to find a gentle stretch of the body in order to come to a comfortable seat, time out to breath and disconnect from the hustle and bustle. Why not slow time down even just for the hour?This is an ideal introduction to meditation. No experience needed. Just allow yourselves to become observers of the body mind constitution, and see what unfolds with the guidance of methods old and new, to find a path to mindfulness and happiness. (All Welcome)
This is an introduction to the Primary Series. It is a soft approach that gently eases the student into the familiarity and sequence of the Primary Set Sequence.The repetition of the set sequence helps to encourage the students progression in their practice, working in areas of flexibility of; hamstrings, hip openers and the strength work of the repeated vinyasa.
Classes will not cover the entire sequence elements will be broken down with modifications, ALL LEVELS
