OPEN ATHLETES YOGA
Yoga for Athletes is a class aimed at targeting range of movement, strength and stability through yoga specially aimed at the athlete who wishes to enhance their performance including runners, cyclists, golfers, swimmers and athletes in general. So as not to interfere with training activities this class has been rescheduled for easy lunch time drop in.
