This is a slower paced vinyasa flow class, focused on; mindfulness and stretching, standing postures, introductions to arm balances and preparation for inversions. Working on the essential principles of proper alignment for a safe and smart yoga practice. Modifications and supported poses offered. (Level 1/2)
OPEN BEGINNER ASHTANGA
This is an introduction to the Primary Series. It is a soft approach that gently eases the student into the familiarity and sequence of the Primary Set Sequence.The repetition of the set sequence helps to encourage the students progression in their practice. Classes will not cover the entire sequence elements will be broken down with modifications. ALL LEVELS
OPEN BEGINNER HATHA
Hatha yoga is the most widely practiced form of yoga in America. It is the branch of yoga which concentrates on physicalhealth and mental well-being. Hatha yoga uses bodily postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation (dyana) with the goal of bringing about a sound, healthy body and a clear, peaceful mind. There are nearly 200 hatha yoga postures which help to stretch and align the body, promoting balance and flexibility. (Level 1) Great for Beginners.
OPEN BEGINNER MEDITATION
In these sessions, we take out the time to find a gentle stretch of the body in order to come to a comfortable seat, time out to breath and disconnect from the hustle and bustle. Why not slow time down even just for the hour?This is an ideal introduction to meditation. No experience needed. Just allow yourselves to become observers of the body mind constitution, and see what unfolds with the guidance of methods old and new, to find a path to mindfulness and happiness. (All Welcome)
Open Strong Flow

A fun class that combines the stretching and mindfulness of Beginner Open Flow and the strength building and energy of a power vinyasa with arm balances and inversions to be expected to provide growth and challange for the regular practioner. (Level 2 - 2/3)
Open Athletes Yoga

Yoga for Athletes is a class aimed at targeting range of movement, strength and stability through yoga specially aimed at the athlete who wishes to enhance their performance including runners, cyclists, golfers, swimmers and athletes in general.
Open Sunday Mixed Flow
Sunday Yoga Flow is an ALL Levels fluid flow of class that is accessible and uplifting. What a fabulous way to complete your week and get the body moving in mindful manner which warms the body, alleviates tension and releases energy and settles the nervous system. A great way to reset mind, body and spirit. Teachers will vary so come and enjoy the mixed flow mix of teachers and styles on offer.
