BRO-YOGA is for every body type and ability, from the beginner yogi to the professional athlete.
The classes will comprise of a gentle flow, combining the best core-strengthening, muscle-toning, cardio-working, stress-reducing, clarity-enhancing yoga postures for a revitalising workout.
RISE AND GLOW FLOW
MONDAYS & FRIDAYS 10am
Whether you are a new to yoga or a more seasoned student this mixed ability class is suitable for all levels. Starting with slower progressive sequences, we build simple flows to discover how your body works and feels in various yoga postures and transitions. With pose options for all levels of practice the class encourages you to explore the benefits of each posture while finding your personal balance of challenge and release. We end the class with a restorative relaxation to leave you grounded and rejuvenated.
SENIORITAS HATHA YOGA
Seniorita's is aimed at ladies over 50 and will offer a gentle flow of yoga & body conditioning. The focus will be to assess and help improve the needs individually and improve range and ease of movement and a feeling of well-being overall.
This will be a very open and relaxed style of session in which we will support the journey of self discovery and development for the individual and as a shared group.
Yoga is for everyone and we can all achieve a sense of achievement, freedom and peace within ourselves with regular practice that we perform together building confidence in this supportive group session.
GOLD HEATED FLOW
MONDAYS 6:30pm - 7:30pm
We invite you to come and ignite your flow with and enjoy the warmth of our heated top floor studio which compliments the natural hat that is generated in the vinyasa flow class.
This class offers the challenge in the flow but the comfort of release and support in savasana.
Warning - This is NOT extreme hot yoga so as not to strain the body or nervous system, however a means to provide a blanket in which your practice can feel liberated and your body uplifted.
This is a level 2 class for the practiced yogi. Wrap yourself up in this inviting, igniting Monday evening practice and set yourself up for the week ahead.
