This class is for the regular Ashtanga / Vinyasa Flow practicioner where we will aim to complete a more full version of the Ashtanga Primary Series and will also start to introduce some intermediate / second series postures also.Modifications and adaptations always offered in order that the seasoned yogi can ensure a sustainable practice however we will be working to a more advanced level.

OPEN EXPRESS ASHTANGA
An shortened version of the Ashtanga Practice, sometimes including Primary, Second or even Third Series postures. As this is a shorter lunch time class it moves at a steady pass. Suitable for the regular Ashtanga practioner. Level 2
