I would wholeheartedly suggest an "all-in" approach. Having practiced with Emily for a week-long immersion in Italy, unlike any other immersion, each day I felt stronger, not fatigued, more capable and energized. 4Beat One - to Yin Sessions - FRIDAY
Join Emily as she guides you through a vitalizing practice of the 4Beat method, inspired by the Rocket 1 sequence all practiced to a specially curated live mix to a synchronized beat connecting you to your flow state. The practice will merge into Yin to gain the benefits of both the fast and slow. The Yin session will have a backdrop of music live by DJ Wij to emphasize and harmonize your experience. We can't wait to see you!

Fire up your Saturday with a fully rounded practice opening with Pranayama (breathwork) flow into Rocket 2 4beat mix of vinyasa and heart + hip focus, wrapped up in a sumptious savasana to close

Take the world of yoga and acro - blend it and here you have the world of inversions - how to get there? Emily shows us the skills and the drills that we need to make these clever and fun upside down fun poses accessible.

'The 4Beat Method' - SUNDAY AM
Calling all yogis, yoga teachers, dj's and music lovers. A workshop on the 4Beat method and it's unique approach to a synchronous breath and movement practise, using music and yoga. Learn the fundamentals of the method and why it has such a powerful and profound effect on the practitioner. We will discuss the effects of music on the brain and the metronome of the beat that makes 4Beat such a powerful modern practise. Yogis and teachers alike, will have an opportunity to choose listening or participate in the teaching. Expect a light practise, moving to the beat and listening to some killer tracks. Don't miss it.

Cosmic Yin - SUNDAY PM - CLOSING

LIVE DJ cosmic sounds and a Yin practice lead by Emily will provide the star-quality finale to the weekend!

When meeting Emz you’ll be "hooked" by her charismatic humour, smooth tempo 4 beat mix delivery.
