I cannot recommend Shine OM Yoga highly enough. The welcome is always warm and the classes are always enjoyable, varied and challenging. The Goal of Yoga

(No its not a Handstand)

Becoming Flexible or standing on your hands is not the goal.The goal is to create space and movement where you were once stuck. To unveil layers of protection you've built around your heart. To appreciate your body and become aware of the mind and the noise it creates.

To make peace with who you are and feel good in your body.

The goal is to love you.

When we move into a space of love within your body, your heart will grow and the universe responds with Goodness.
